“We sign people we'd want to sit next to on a thirteen-hour flight. The work follows.”
We sign for the next decade, not the next season.
DANA was founded in a 4-floor walk-up in the Bowery by two bookers who had outgrown the megamill model. The thesis was small: represent fewer people, place them better, stay in the room when it matters.
A decade later, we're 26 talents across three cities. Every face on the list has closed shows, covered books, and shot campaigns we'd hang in our own homes. Nothing on the roster is filler.
We answer every submission. We tell our talents the truth. We send them home when they need to be home. The slow way turns out to be the fast way.
“We sign people we'd want to sit next to on a thirteen-hour flight. The work follows.”
“A booking is a one-line yes to a thousand decisions made in a quiet room.”
We keep the lights on in three cities so we can put faces in the rooms that matter, in the time zones that matter.
